Waiting for answer!

So my journey to wls hasn't been very long. I went to a seminar on January 24th then I did all of the things I had to. ( medical records, psychology meeting, two appointments with nutritionist and endoscopy). Today my doctors office called and said everything was sent to the insurance and it is pending and asked how soon I want to have surgery. Well I said asap and she said she wanted to put me on the schedule for Wednesday March 18th. But of course I had to say I can't do that day because it is two days before we leave for a big NASCAR vacation we take every year. Ughhh. So now she is calling me back tomorrow with another date that she can get for me. I'm praying my excitement bubble doesn't get popped by insurance by them denying me. My insurance company told me it usually take 3-5 days to give an answer.
