Pre-Op Liquid Diet -- SO hungry!

I'm new to the group and am scheduled for surgery on March 16th. Today is my first day of my 2-week pre-op liquid diet. I've only gotten half-way through the day and am already SO hungry! :(

Any words of wisdom as to how long it takes your tummy to "adjust" to just shakes, jell-o & broth?

Thanks, fellow sleevers!

Well done everyone on your pre-ops!! Aside from the liver shrinkage, it's hard now to see how important the pre-op is psychologically, but you will once you're on the other side and look back on it!

@@Disney_Girl36 That's fine. Most Protein shakes have at least 20 gm of protein so you are getting enough in. You may also want to add Greek yogurt as a snack if you think you need more protein/calories. If you are on a "full liquid diet" greek yogurt is ok to have. It's great that you are getting a lot of Fluid in. Keep up the good work!
