Laringitis treatment

I have laringitis, my voice goes in and out but for the most part... it's gone. I've tried tea, honey, cough drops etc... My brother suggested a hot tautie, but I told him that was a big no no for the sleeve (I'm not too hot on drinking anyways). Got any ideas for treatment that are sleeve freindly?

Salt water. but in your nose. Some time our throats get irritated from post nasal drip. As for the throat itself. I use old school brown Listerene. It's nasty but it soothe the throat and it also keeps me from getting thrush. Mostly just give your throat a rest and ride it out. Talk as little as possible.

Yeah I'm almost positive its from post nasal drip. Have had a sinusitis and a cough for a week. I've never had laringitis before so this is new territory for me. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll try them
