What is your favorite easy high protein meal, snack,shake? I am 9 weeks out. Down 45 pds but I don't think I get in my daily 60-80 grams a day

I start my day with low sugar instant oatmeal, and a scoop of Genapro. It's a 30 of protein jump start to the day.

No, it mixes great. Now, I did get greedy and mix too much with things like yogurt, apple sauce, and pudding, but you learn quickly. It mixes great with hot foods, and drinks.

Has anyone tried the quest shake powder? I love the bars but I'm still looking for shake options.

Isopur! 15 grams of protein per 8 oz. Totally a life saver. After surgery I could not tolerate the bariatric advantage shakes and was struggling to get enough protien in. The Isopur is like Gatorade great flavors and like drinking water!

Got my Genepro in and have mixed it with orange juice and chicken broth so far. It mixes great and can't taste it. I think I'm in love

I just bought quest vanilla protein shake. It is wonderful! Tastes just like vanilla ice cream!
