6 MONTH WEIGH INS?

I have my 4th weigh in on March 3rd. My 2nd weigh in I gained 7 pounds I had change in medications so the nutritionist put that down. My 3rd weigh in I lost 4 pounds. I get so stressed out feel like I am up and down. I am up like 2 pounds so I am going to really stick this this wit no little cheats. Has anyone dealt with this I really stress over this. My BMI was 38 they want me to lose no more then 15 pounds I just don't want to keep going back and forth.

Are you required to lose weight for your insurance to cover the surgery? I haven't lost any and I'm on month 3. I'm not required to lose weight but it would be nice. The dietician said they don't care about the numbers, they just want us to start incorporating the post op behaviors before surgery so we're already accustomed to it (protein and water intake, exercise)

If your weight is to low at your final weigh in your insurance may not cover surgery.I'm currently going thru the same situation. I'm worried about the pre open diet.
