Surgery date

My surgery is next Tuesday the 24th and I'm more than excited but also a little scared. I'm very stressed by my pre op diet..

Me too @@WendieBryant! Mine is next next Thursday. The pre-op diet sucks! The good thing is that I had decided to give up sugar and junk for lent anyhow. No more people bugging me to eat stuff ;-)

We'll do great! We put in the time, effort and did our homework. I'm more excited now than anything else...countdown.

I just had surgery this past Monday. I was fine until I got to the hospital then my anxiety kicked in big time. My doctor said that is totally normal and most people do get nervous. I Will say my surgery and recovery this far have been easier than I thought it would be. Just keep remembering why you are doing it and think of all the positive stories you have heard. As far as the liquid diet, I feel your pain. It's no fun!!! But if I (a binge eater) can do it so can you. ????
