How do you get un-stuck?

I was just wondering, if you have that lump in your chest, what do you do to get unstuck? I'm wondering what helps with that. Does warm liquid make it better or worse? Does walking help? Just wondering what works best for you.

Try sipping some Water and walking around. I think warm warm will help. Sorry I'm not much help, I'm a pre-bander.

Walking helps me, I cannot drink at all when I'm like that, but I have a lot of trouble PBing, it just doesnt come up. But the simple act of bending over the toilet trying to PB actually works a lot of the time.

Pineapple juice, it works, I had a problem with something being stuck. What an awful feeling, but I had some pineapple juice and it went away. Something to do with the acids in the juice help to unstick what was once stuck. Try it!!
