Discolored neck pre op

So I think it's because I was obese but my neck is darker then everything else. Almost looks like I should scrub it but it's not because of that. Basically I'm wondering if you had a dark neck and once post op did did it clear up I'm going to be 4 months post op and just wondering if your neck returned returned to normal color lol.

You should see a doctor, Dark neck skin is a sign of a hormonal imbalance or increased insulin levels.

I had darkening of my neck and near my groin but I am now 3 months post op and its faded heaps

I was just noticing that my dark neck has lightened. I guess that goes along with my current rock steady blood sugar levels.
