Ugh sweets

Before my surgery I was not a chocolate or really a sweets eater. Now after my surgery dec 3 I crave sugar/sweets and sometimes chocolate. Help!! What are ur go to foods or tricks?!?! I've been stuck for about a week pound wise and I think inches wide too...

If I ever feel like I want something sweet I have a quest bar or use our magic bullet and have fruit-ice cream ( it's nothing but frozen fruit that comes out like ice cream, it's magic! )

I can satisfy my sweet tooth with my evening cinnamon spice tea (decaf) with a splash of chocolate milk. If that doesn't hit the spot, then a 1/4 of a Lenny & Larrys protein vegan cookie. :)

Try the SF Chocolate Pudding. My Pre-op consisted of 1 Atkins bar at the end of the day. It satisfied my sweet tooth and really hit the spot

Special K Protein Meal bars. strawberry and chocolate Peanut Butter take care of the sweet craving and don't have the "protein" taste that most Protein Bars have. 10 grams of protein with 170-180 calories isn't bad considering the alternative.

I also like to crush Special K High Protein Cereal in 4 oz of yogurt - it's crunchy and tastes good. I don't use Greek yogurt for this, just the small 4 ounce regulate low fat yogurt.
