I'm almost exactly 3 months post-op, and Ive lost 35 pounds. I've lost NOTHING in the last 3 to 4 weeks. And Im eating damn near anything I can cram in my mouth.
I know it's anxiety I'm eating, but I don't know what's behind the anxiety, what I need to deal with to eliminate the anxiety.
But in the meantime, I need my butt kicked! I'm eating potatoes, rolls, Pasta (OK, not a lot of pasta, but still), rice, even drinking a glass or two of wine a few times. I'm not paying attention to my Protein, I'm sipping Water while I eat, and I'm eating (grazing) all day long.
OK, not so much while I'm at work, because - well, work - between I get home.
I've noticed my portion sizes are slowly increasing. I'm out of control!
I am taking control back. This is my body, it is my choice wha I put into it, how I treat it, and how I feel in it. I have fallen off the wagon, so to speak. But I don't have to stay off.
