I am on day 3 of my pre op liquid diet. I've been consuming 3 shakes a day, my vitamins, and my water. I've also been doing 1 cup of soup (broth and minestrone soup, as allowed). I had 2 incidents of mild dizziness today. Is this normal?

I was dizzy often too. I honestly felt like complete crap those whole two weeks. I was only getting about 400 calories a day, I was supposed to keep working out and going to work every day, and I still had 100% of my stomach. It was miserable and I was tired and dizzy often. I finally cut back on my workouts for fear of just falling off the treadmill.

Yes, I experienced that, too. It continued through about Month Four (I think) post-op

And now it's gone. (I'm 5-1/2 months post-op.)
