Losing weight ?

Hey everyone. I'm 2 days post op and I'm feeling okay. I feel like I can't drink as much water as I need too. But I am keeping everything down. I was wondering if anyone thought at the beginning, that you wouldn't lose any weight? I feel like I won't . Is that weird?

I am one week post op and I have lost 10-11 lbs. My big fear is that I'll lose 40 or so pounds instead of the 70+ that is my goal.

You will loose. I'm 12 weeks post op today and I've lost 43 lbs. I want to loose 27 more, unless I think that's too much. Right now all my skin is shrinking with my body, no hanging skin at my neck and people tell me I look 10 years younger. I don't want to loose so much that I get that "too skinny, sickly" look. So I'm going to keep loosing until my body says no more.......or I say enough!

I felt the same way. February 15 will be one year for me!!I I started out weighing 230 pounds. I have lost 95 pounds. I reached my goal of 138 in ten months and now

I'm a couple of pounds under goal at 135. You will lose weight and just imagine what you will be posting a year from now!!! Good luck to you.

I know the feeling. I thought every pound I lost would be my last. lost about 140 pounds, so I'd say don't stress too much. It didn't help me at all and I still lost the weight.
