What can't be pureed during puree stage?

1. Can we puree shredded cheese with refried Beans

2. Do we have to puree salsa or can it be added after

3. Can we puree lettuce and tomato with refried beans for a Mexican dish

4. Can roast and potatoes be pureed?

5. What can't be pureed? Steak?

I was only told to not exceed 10g sugar or 10g fat during a meal.
