Things are a ok

I gained 4lbs ( about) over Christmas ..lol I have lost it now ( and some) proof that even with the sleeve you have to be super careful, I wasn't over eating per say it was more all the chocolate I consumed ...

As it's summer here it is so hot but for the first time in a long time I am not finding it quite as hot as other years :-) bonus , also I have started to wear skirts & dresses to work which is great and I am getting more complements as well , so lode to my goal only another 50lbs or so to go .. I have a goal as my birthday which is in August so we will see
