Stuck.

So I finally got to "onderland" about 2 weeks ago and for the past 2 weeks I've really been putting a lot of effort forward in order to move thing's along. I've joined the Gym and have been going 4 days a week for 11/2hours a day, I've been watching what I eat and only take in 30-50gr of carb a day, Getting in 70grams of protein and all my water. But here I am still stuck at 199. What am I doing wrong?..

Has anyone else had this issue?...Maybe its the addition of the gym and water weight/muscles building idk but before the gym I was losing 1-2lbs a week at a stedy pase.

  • Your body needs a period of adjustment during any change. Also, your muscles will retain a lot of water in the beginning. Stay the course!

That just recently happened to me. I was doing a ton of walking/hiking. I didn't lose but gain! What??? Eventually I had a significant drop (17 lbs in a month) hit wonderland but than gained a pound. Been holding for a couple days. It's frustrating but keep on doing what you're doing!!!
