You just have to keep the goal in mind! Use your willpower. It will be over before you know it.

I just started my preop diet today. I am scheduled for the 27th... I am already fighting my brain. My brain keeps telling me I need to eat... I am so hungry! My body on the other hand isn't as hungry as I expected to be. We can do this!

PreOp diet was just the beginning of the challenges for me! I had two weeks high protein liquid with a lean and green dinner everyday until the day before surgery. The day before surgery I had strict clear liquids only and not to eat or drink after 10pm... I chose to do clear all day and went to bed early that night!!!

I would love even a lean and green meal at this point. 15 days of full liquid diet. At least I can say one down and only 14 to go!
