Dumping Syndrome

Anybody have dumping syndrome? What is it, why and what happens? I have the LapBand and I'm going to get the sleeve, but I have seen people talk about dumping syndrome. I have had enough choking and gagging and vomiting to last me a lifetime with the band.

From what I gather the only time someone with a sleeve experiences dumping is when they eat to fast. I am 4 mths out and have never had it. When they say eat slow, they mean slooooow.

At a year out from my sleeve, dumping has not been an issue.

You can get it from eating sugar too. It's nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, etc... I've never had it but read it's bad.
