1 week post-op, already having hanging skin!

I was not expecting this but my husband said it so it must be true! My belly is starting to hang a little lower and I can't work out...not really needed advice just venting :'(

Give yourself time. You just had surgery and your body is going through a lot of changes. I'm not too happy with my stomach either, but this is why we were proactive and got banded. That took courage. Let time do it's thing and if we do our part, the body will follow.

Start moisturizing religiously. This could definitely help for the future but won't do much for the skin that's already loose.

I feel u on the lose skin. I was banded on dec 19th 2014. I lost almost 20lbs post. And my skin is starting to hang. I use almond oil/vitamin e oil.
