Dumping I think?

I went to a Vietnamese place yesterday and got soup with pork nodes and your basic pho ingredients and today I ate the leftovers and not sure if the food was bad or my sleeve didn't like left overs.

Also anything to comfort my now painful dumping area (if you know what I mean)

I had pho a few weeks ago and also got pretty sick. I puked for about an hour and then felt better about 4 hours later. My sleeve does not seem to like something in pho and given past experience, I tend to think it was probably the noodles.

Hope you feel better!

I ate it fine yesterday but reheated it today and it all went downhill. I had lower tummy aches after but thought it was because I just worked out but oh no there was a knocking and I went. Then I had toast with PB and went again the relaxed and went 2 more times after without eating a thing. Worst pain!
