Preop diet question regarding broth

My diet is 3 weeks. 3 Protein shakes and sugar free Jello /Popsicles and chicken broth Beef broth and all diet non caffeinated beverages.

My question is Thai hot and sour Soup broth ok for this diet? My dietitian isn't available until the 6th.

Thank you. I'm also allowed unsweetened applesauce. I don't understand why. There are 10 grams of sugar in it.
