BCBS Oklahoma

I have BCBS of Oklahoma. Has anyone had trouble getting approved? I am finishing my psych eval and my last weigh in on January 15th. I am praying I get approved. My BMI is 37.7 and I have fulfilled all other requirements. Has anyone worked with BCBS of Oklahoma?
