I am 16 months out of surgery and down 100 pounds. That is great...I am happy about that. BUT I haven't lost any weight in over 6 months and between the holidays and recent knee surgery, I have actually put a few pounds on. I got on the scale today for the first time in a month and was very upset with myself at what I saw. I honestly am not sure where I am going with this post, guess I just needed to vent and maybe seeing it writing would help remotivate me even more. I know seeing the scale did. Thanks for letting me vent a moment.
