I get nauseous when I need to eat. The good thing is I still fill up pretty fast. Keeping protein bars or even a RTD protein drink in my bag addresses that issue pretty quickly.

I am pre-op and I get physically ill and extremely grumpy when I'm hungry. My question is this.... Will I still get light-headed and queasy from a lack of food?
