Surviving Christmas company

My daughter and son in law and their baby and 3 yr old are here for 11 days. I am on a new lifestyle, no mention of surgery. I am not eating enough, going to find some ways to get extra protein in. More meal planning.

Cottage cheese has been helping me get my protein in... I do it for breakfast... I always do a protein shake between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner. I also recently started using canned chicken to put on salad. I I do lettuce some chickpeas and some canned chicken and it's very high in protein. It is hard, how far post op are you?
