New beginning!

I had my lap band surgery in June of 2011. I went from 275 the morning of surgery to 193, but in the last year have slowly went up to 220. I haven't had a full in 2 years. I am scheduled for an appointment with the dietician tomorrow morning and a fill on Jan 7th! Ready to get started again and go back to the basics!!! Anyone else been in this position or going through it right now?

Plenty of people post about gains and not seeing the doc. Try to Pick yourself up if you really want this... You can do it w/ help from your tool and your head and maybe a support group? Good luck

Thank you! I went to the dietician and the grocery yesterday! Back to the basics for me. Measuring everything and sticking to the plan! Everyone around me is so supportive and are going to follow what I'm eating. :)
