hi everyone!! I am 6 months out from RNY. Down 60#. I am starting a support group in Dent/Phelps County area. If everyone could pass the word. It is the first Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.at the Bank of Salem Community Room right on 4th Street. Plenty of parking. I hope to see many new faces. Message me here...

My first meeting is tonite in Salem, mo about 25 miles east of Rolla. I do not expect a big turnout this is a labor of love and need so as other people get the word that I am having these meetings I hope that it populates more quickly. Please feel free to join. I am going to try for one in Rolla for April. Where are you coming from?
