  3. I slice my protein bars and bake them until crispy edges. Like cookies. Try looking at theworldaccordingtoeggface.com she has great recipes.
  4. Rny gastric bypass. Have a few friends that had sleeve. I'm in the Lemay/ South County area
  5. I was worried too! I read that we really need to focus on measuring that early out because the nerves are still healing, we may not feel full. I'm 5 months out, today, I've lost 111 pounds and still worried I'm just going to stop losing! Thank god for this site!
  6. Thanks for the advice! Today is 5 months post rny for me and I'm so afraid of my increasing calories.
  7. You may very well be not losing because of drinking with meals. If you don't wait afterwards the food is pushed through faster making you hungry sooner which leads to eating more often which = weight gain eventually! Stick the plan
  8. I am 4 months post op and couldn't make it a day without my fitness pal. Set up was not very hard and it is a wonderful way to see your progress and keep track of what you are consuming. It's a small amount of work to help make our surgery more successful!
