Can someone tell me what to expect and what do they do? I quit smoking about a couple of weeks ago and want to make sure everything is going to be ok.

    Hi! You exhale as long as you can in a meter to measure exhalation. They give you a few tries. You'll be fine. I did it and I have asthma! Good luck!
