Congratulations - Hope all goes well tomorrow and you're up and about soon enough. This is by far the best thing I've ever done for myself. Does it hurt, yet....but it's so worth it. I'm 9 months out and almost at goal.

You had your surgery one hour before mine... A bit sore but so far all is good. Hope it is going well for you.

Today I just started my 2 weeks liquid diet and my surgery is April 23rd. Question? My friend had bypass done in February and she told me that was ate hard boiled egg whites (no yolk) throughout the 2 week liquid diet. She said her surgery was fine and the doctor said everything looked good. Has anyone else tried egg whites or other alternatives?
