  4. I was at 9 pre op. 3 weeks post op i was at 6.9 and now i am at 5.1 (3 months post op)
  5. Hi! I had my surgery 8 days ago. I've noticed I drink a lot of fluid. Is it normal to drink about 6-8 oz of fluid sometimes even more per hour?
  6. Thanks you! Yes I do have paperwork, the way its mapped out is extremly confusing. I just wanted to make sure that it is ok for me to try it. I do not want to make a mistakeful regret. Once again thank you. I will definetly use skim milk to make my soups ????
  7. Hi everyone! I had my surgery one week ago. My surgeon advanced my diet to eggs, cheese and yogurt. Does anybody know if i can also eat creamy soups? Thank you #16lbs&counting
