Apple

I have a hard time getting two snacks in a day. In the afternoon I will grab an apple but cannot get it down.

    Do you take off the peel ? I have had trouble eating peeled apples NO matter how much I chew them to mush it still doesn't want to go down , so I do fruit like bananas , oranges , melons & of course almonds , the almonds do fill you up for a while & they are also protein so those work really well.
