Congrats...I am hoping to be there someday... I can't exercise much due to a knee problem that will be corrected in January...so keeping my fingers crossed... all I want to do is be in Onederland!!!

Keep plugging away, I too haven't really been able to exercise regularly... I tore something in my hip so even walking wasn't feasible... And I just had a procedure on my heart last week, so still kinda barred from the gym... I religiously followed the diet though which, I think, was my saving grace.
