Pre-Op Diet Recipes?

I'll be starting my pre-op diet on December 15 and it will be two weeks long, I am restricted from any fruits or veggies and of course all the bad stuff (carbs, sugars etc) I'm having a hard time thinking up of ideas for meals and snacks. I know I'll have to eat plenty of protein (shakes or turkey, chicken, tuna) but I need some ideas! Any tips? :)

I drank 2-3 Protein shakes and ate a Smart Ones, Lean Cuisine etc that was <200 calories with at least 15g Protein. That was what the nutritionist recommended based on my personal situation. I work 7 days a week and just do not have time to cook a healthy meal so that TV dinner was my one meal of the day.

Good luck!!
