When you're on the pre-op diet...

...are you expected to maintain 1200 cals/day when most of your meals are protein shakes or liquid?

    No. Just log the grams of Protein (should be 60 - 80/day) and the liquids, at least 64oz/day and take your Vitamins. That's it.

Ok good. Because I'm allowed one real meal a day and I haven't gotten to 700 lol
