Pureed Food

I finally start puree food. I'm curious what is everyone eating on pureed stage. Also how much are we supposed to be eating at this stage?

My plan allowed only high protein foods on purees - meat, fish, eggs, beans, tofu, dairy; and three meals per day of no more than 3 tablespoons of food per meal. We were also allowed protein shakes between meals.

I am in the same stage. Eating 2oz of egg whites, canned chicken, Greek yogurt, canned green beans, canned pears. All puréed. However, I feel like the food is getting stuck half way down. Is that normal? Maybe I'm eating too fast? Have an appointment with Dr tomorrow.

refried beans. tofu. greek yogurt. eggplant parmigiana put through the blender.
