Braces while in Mexico

Anybody gotten metal or clear braces while in Mexico for suregry? I want to get it done but can't find enough information online.

    Do you have a dentist that will do the follow up and adjustments when you come back to the states. It seems expensive to have to fly back to Mexico once a month for adjustments.
