Upper GI

I went to the doctor today and had an Upper GI done. I was worried about my band since so many people on here have had some problems lately.

I was so happy to hear him say my band looked perfect, no pouch dilation either! I was worried after all this time that something might be wrong.

It sure takes a lot of pressure off you when you hear those words!

good for you! I am worried about keeping tabs on my band after surgery, and plan to have it checked out periodcially to make sure it's okay. I haven't quite gotten to the diagnostic approach I'll need to look for yet, but I'm keeping ultrasound and upper GI in mind, as I don't want to do barium swallows or anything else involving radiation.
