New year/ new me!

I will be 63 in December and will be sleeved in January. So excited to start this journey to better health. I will be ready to welcome my first grandchild at the end of February. Life is good

    You will be so happy to get healthy and be able to play with your grand baby. It's hard to get on the floor to play when they are toddlers if overweight. Good for you. I have grandchildren too. So much fun! I just had surgery on the 10 th.

It has been a more difficult recovery ( emotionally) these past 3 weeks than I expected, although the surgery was great. Looking to be part of an online support group
