Well I don't know if it's in my head or what, but it seems like my vision is worse after the surgery?

Dang! I'm hoping my vision gets better! lol

Unless your vision is so bad that you need new glasses, I'd wait. I ended up with less wide frames because my face shrank post-op.

I had surgery five months ago just got my eyes checked my far vision which seeing Faraway got better which has not gotten any better since I was seven years old I have really bad eyes and my close up vision got worse so I don't know if it's related to the surgery or not but that's my story my friends are too big for my face and I have one more appropriate in proportion

Your eyesight also suddenly changes at about age 40 and 2 months and 8 days (to paraphrase my optometrist friend). That is why we all suddenly need reading glasses starting in our 40s. I don't know how old you are but this might apply!
