I think most veggies would be good as long as they are fully cooked.

peas, Beans, carrot, potato, bananna, add some crackers to your Soup, I'm not sure on this one but maybe fish.

I've lost track of time... I wonder when I get to start on mushies.

Faux chicken parmesan:

Use whatever cooked chicken you have - or quickly saute a boneless, skinless chicken breast.

Grind that up in your blender.

Add whatever tomato sauce you like.

Add some cheese - parmesan or whatever

nuke it in the microwave.

Not bad.

May all time fave mushie (which I've mentioned before on here!):

Open a can of "re-fried beans" (a mushie in itself!) and heat it up in a pan. Add some shredded cheese near the end to melt it in a bit (mmmm, even more protein!)....serve on a plate and add in a dollup of sour creme (light, of course!) and some salsa ....mix it up.....enjoy!
