Protein Powders

I'm looking for recommendations for Protein powders (available in Australia) that aren't milky.

I am wanting one that dissolves into fresh vege juice. Does this exist??

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Hey DizzyLizzie, go into a body building store and ask them for their opinion. You can get some protein powders that you can add to juices or just with plain water that taste great. Just ask for a pro

Look for those that say liquid Protein. These are usually Clear liquids that can be mixed with Water or juice. Check with you medical team on sugar and sodium content for allowable beverages.

Thanks guys!!! I've just been recommended "Beneprotein" (by Nestle) by my Dietitian, so will give it a try.

If anyone else has a favourite, especially regarding TASTE then please let me know! :)
