how do I change my user name

how do I tell it my user name was changed not showing

Did you follow all the instructions? Fill in new username and password then click save.

All I have on my my phone is save to app device I clicked that then it went yo install I clicked it was like it froze up

You can't do it using the app. You need the full web version. On your phone's web browser, go to bariatricpal.com

Once there log in. In the upper right by your current user name is a little cog. That s the pull-down menu. Click My Profile>Edit Profile on the left side will be a menu, click Display Name.

You can then change your username. Make sure you scroll down to the bottom and click Save.
