It's not that bad at least not my experience. I found a therapist to work with in addition to the program therapist in case I had any bad days & I wanted to ensure I had my "person" available when I needed. The questions are pretty straightforward if they are the same as my programs. I think working with the therapist is the part that freaks people out.

Well I'm done. Now to wait for the results. It was pretty basic questions but some weird ones too. But glad at least that part is done:)
