Fasting

Do any of you fast? (spiritually)? I'm a Christian and recently I have felt lead to fast. I'm only doing it 2 days at a time, as to get my body used to no food. It's been pretty easy so far. I stay in God's word and pray. It really makes me feel good. I do a juice fast. I can only have juice a little at a time. Just looking for others.

I was just really wanting to try to connect with other people of my faith and background.

Then I would do it. Depending on your beliefs of course, you may want to try it for a day to see how it goes before you go for two days.
