    I am from Iowa. I have 4 daughters and 7 grandchildren. I am excited about this new phase of my life, but not everyone understands why I want to do this. The truth is I was diagnosed with diabetes a few years ago and do not want to die from it.

    I know I have family members trying to discourage me they say I am to young and not that big. I also have diabetes and it's not that fun to live with it. I am excited about my surgery also it a new beginning
