UNICARE GIC Commonwealth Indemnity - Massachusetts

I'm just wondering if anyone with the same insurance provider as me, UNICARE GIC Commonwealth Indemnity, can offer any advice and information. I am in the initial stages of a program at Newton Wellesley hospital.

    do you have to go to a specific bariatric program if you have GIC? ie do you need to go to an accredited hospital program?
