I'm 10 minutes from Columbia, SC. I'm with Riverside Surgical and my doc is Dr. Hughes. My surgery date is in 4 more days!!!! I'm ready to get this show on the road. Blessings to each of us on this journey.

Things are going great! I can finally eat real foods and I am getting used to being able to tell when I am full.

Still trying to learn to stop eating when I get pressure in my chest. I am trying to stop just before I get that overstuffed feeling.

Myrtle Beach here. Dr. Washington performed my surgery December 16, 2014. I have lost a total of 102 pounds so far since starting last August.

I live in Columbia and going through Riverside Surgical. My surgery date is June 4th with Dr. Strickland. I meet with the nutritionist on Wednesday May 6th to find out about my 4 week pre-op diet. (not really excited about that!) Anyone had any dealings with Riverside and an idea of the pre-op diet? Things are about to get real, very fast! Thanks for the feedback!
