Shakes in pre op diet

I only got 3 shakes in today. I was recommended to drink 5. I did one shake as unflavored Unjury in soup.

    I didn't get them in! I am pretty much at 3 per day. But tomorrow I'm sending hubby to Costco to get the premier protein one which I hear is good. All in all I think I'm doing a good job. Today is pre surgery testing. After that I'm going to start to tell some people like my sister.
