Got any recipes for frozen protein pops?

I'm not even sure this is possible... I have syntrax nectar and syntrax chocolate protein powders. I would love to mix them with milk or water, then freeze them in silicone popsicle molds for a tasty "indulgence" that gives me added protein and liquids. Anyone have some ideas for me? Recipes? Tips?

Thanks so much!

I suggest looking at the blog, "The World According to Eggface."

These sound absolutely amazing

I used a few frozen strawberries, ice, premier protein flavor strawberry and cream, Splenda and Then I added more unflavored protein to it.... And blended all.... I divided them in portions and put them back on the freezer. After 10 mins out of fridge it feels like ice cream lol
