Gas after surgery

4 days out and all I want to have is the bloated feeling with gas gone...any suggestions?

    I know your pain!! It was the worst for me. The incisions weren't as uncomfortable as the bloating. The Mylanta gas worked well for the stomach bloating but not much for intestines. Walking moved things along but time worked the best. A little heat on the stomach and patience. It sucks!

    Yep. GasX and walking. Eat slower. After a couple months I experienced less gas issues, maybe I've learned how to avoid?
